Service terms

The service
The app displays merchant-configured shipping targets and customs disclosures on supported Shopify storefront templates. Access requires an authorized Shopify installation and an active plan or trial. Shopify's platform and billing terms also apply.
Merchant responsibilities
You must be authorized to configure the store. Keep shipping offers accurate for every advertised destination, currency and eligible product, including after rate or discount changes. Verify the result in checkout. You remain responsible for fulfillment, actual shipping charges, duties, taxes and your customer-facing policies. Do not use the app to display deceptive offers or interfere with other stores.
Charges and cancellation
Shopify presents the applicable price, currency, billing period and trial terms before you approve a plan. Shopify processes subscription charges. You can manage your plan from the app or uninstall it through Shopify. Uninstalling ends future subscription billing according to Shopify's billing rules. Removing a theme block or disabling offers does not cancel a subscription. Contact support about charge errors and refund requests; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Availability and product scope
We may update the app to maintain compatibility and address defects. Shopify or provider outages can temporarily hide offers or interrupt access. The app does not guarantee conversion increases, revenue, final delivery charges or customs outcomes. It is not a carrier quote engine, currency conversion service or customs calculation service.
Information and rights
The privacy policy describes information processing and retention. You retain ownership of your store content and settings. We retain rights to the app software and branding. We may suspend access that compromises security or violates these terms and will provide an explanation when reasonably possible. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
